I'm Rooren (she/her), an artist, fandom enjoyer, and gamer. I am primarily a fandom artist with a love for drawing my favorite characters and creating new ones within my favorite worlds.

Payment

● Payment is required before I begin work on your commission. Once I send your PayPal invoice, you have 10 days to complete payment. If payment is not received within that window, the invoice will be automatically cancelled unless we've agreed otherwise.

● If your invoice expires unpaid, it can be reissued for a $15 fee.

● If the payment is $200 or more, I allow layaway. See the Pricing section for more details.

Work in Progress & Revisions

● I allow up to 3 rounds of revisions. Each round is one consolidated set of changes applied in a single pass, so please gather all notes before sending. Changes requested after a round is completed count as a new round. Beyond 3 rounds, there is a fee per revision, depending on the complexity of the changes.

● If new information is provided after the commission has begun, or if edits are requested in the later stages of the work, any resulting changes will incur an additional charge. The fee is determined at my discretion based on the nature of the changes.For example, redoing a pose after line art is complete.

Artist’s Rights

● I have the right to decline or cancel your commission at any time. Refunds in the event of artist cancellation are issued at my discretion based on work completed.

● I retain the rights to my art and my ability to use it as I please. This includes but is not limited to:

1. Using art that may feature your character(s) to advertise my own art.
2. The right to post or not post your commission on my social media or website (however, if you strictly do not want your commission posted or don’t want it posted within a certain period of time, and I have agreed, I will abide by your request).

Turnaround Time

● Turnaround time varies depending on my workload and the complexity of the commission. Sketches typically take a days to a few weeks, while full colored pieces can take a month or more. I will keep you updated on progress throughout, and if the timeline changes significantly, I will let you know.

● Rush orders are subject to a fee and receive priority in my queue. This does not guarantee a specific completion date unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refunds & Cancellations

● I do not offer refunds, in full or in part, once work has started on your commission.

● An additional charge will apply if you request a commission to be restarted.

● Chargebacks will result in blacklisting and termination of the commission.

Pricing

● Your commission may be subject to a complexity fee if I deem any part of it to be especially laborious. This applies to all commission types. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.

Customer’s Rights

● You may post the commission, but you must credit me in the description/post.

● Commissions are for personal use. You may not monetize the commission in any way unless we’ve discussed commercial use and come upon an agreement.

● By commissioning me, or purchasing any of my content (including adoptables, premade art, or other digital products), you acknowledge that you will not be receiving any physical product(s) from me. Customers will only receive digital content such as .png, .psd, or .gif files.

● You do not have the right to make edits to my artwork without my written permission. This includes commissioning another artist to do it for you.

● You do not have the right to use my art for NFT, crypto, or any blockchain activities. Using my art for any AI related activity is also prohibited.
